Hi, I’m Katie. I work with founders and leaders navigating growth, transition, and reinvention.

I’ve built and bootstrapped a software company inside a legacy industry, creating modern solutions where they didn’t previously exist and ultimately leading the company to a successful acquisition.

After that chapter closed, I founded a meditation and spiritual self-care company focused on supporting people through inner growth and leadership transitions.

Having experienced both the operational realities of building a company and the personal shifts that follow, I bring a grounded, human perspective to leadership

Founder

A 501(c)(3) nonprofit designed to empower middle school girls with confidence, leadership skills, and a strong sense of self during a pivotal stage of development. GirlOnward served girls and families across the Twin Cities metro area with programs and workshops focused on self-image, teamwork, and real-world skill building.
